No, you can choose to receive vacant properties that are rent-ready if you’d like to place your own tenant OR we will screen and place a section 8 tenant for you.
As soon as you close on the property all rent from that day forward goes to you.
We do not directly manage the property, but we will put you in touch with our trusted, third party property management company.
